Every check-in proven, every cedi explained.
Everything you do with your workforce.
All in one place.
Who is in, who is late and who has not arrived, at every site, from the one screen. Anything unusual is set aside with the reason.
Check-ins outside the site boundary or with an unclear face match wait here, with a map of where they happened. Nothing is paid until someone decides.
Days, hours, overtime and night shifts, priced by grade and rate. Pay by the week, or by the month with salaries in full. Export for your accountant or the bank in one click.
Every worker enrolled once at the gate, with their role, site and shift. Move people between sites without losing their history.
One tablet per gate, paired with a code. See which are reporting, their battery and when they last sent their check-ins.
Month-end used to take a week. Now it takes an afternoon.
Type the code from the office into the tablet at the gate. It knows its site, its boundary and its shifts from then on, day and night.
Days, overtime and night shifts are counted from the check-ins and priced by grade, so you approve totals instead of typing them.

Each site is priced by how many workers actually checked in that month. A site with no check-ins costs nothing.
For a small crew or a single office and yard.
For a typical building site or production floor.
For larger sites running more than one crew.
For major projects, factories and estates.

A site pays a first-year rate for its first 12 billed months: its price plus GHS 250 on your first site, or plus GHS 84 on each site after that. That is how setup is paid for.

Questions finance teams ask
What counts as an active site?
Any site where at least one worker checked in that month. A site paused between projects is not billed.
Who counts as a worker?
Someone who checked in at that site at least once in the month. Enrolled workers who never came are not counted.
Why is there no setup fee?
Setup is paid for by the first-year rate, which every invoice line shows. You start without a large payment up front.
What if we leave in the first year?
The rest of each site's first-year top-up is due: GHS 250 or GHS 84 for every month that site has left of its twelve.
Can we pay in dollars?
No. Mustr is priced and invoiced in Ghana cedis, as the law requires for services in Ghana.
Are prices before or after tax?
[Confirm whether VAT and levies are included or added.]
Start with one site.
We set it up, enrol your workers and train your team. You pay from the first month it's used.
